Moses is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in tax planning and compliance for a wide range of clients.
Upon graduating from Mississippi State University, Moses joined a firm in Natchez, Mississippi where he spent 11 years serving a wide range of clients. Throughout his time there he gained extensive experience with agriculture, oil and gas, financial institutions, professional service firms, and multi-state taxation issues. He subsequently had the opportunity to join a New York based accounting firm remotely and was responsible for managing the tax department of their Maryland office. Through his work there he solidified his experience with multi-state taxation issues ranging from individuals and small businesses to large partnerships and corporations. It was this opportunity that allowed him the flexibility to relocate to the Tucson area with a little encouragement from his Arizona born and raised wife. After an acquisition of his prior firm by a national CPA firm, Moses began feeling a need to return to an office environment where he could continue serving clients in person as he had at the beginning of his career. He considers himself fortunate to have been able to join Keegan Linscott as a Principal within the tax department.
Moses holds a Bachelor of (Art or Science) in Accountancy and a Master of Taxation from Mississippi State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and is licensed to practice public accounting in Arizona and Mississippi.
While in Mississippi he was actively involved in the community and served on the boards of several local organizations, including the Humane Society and the Natchez Balloon Festival (formerly The Great Mississippi River Balloon Race). He looks forward to having the opportunity to give back to his new community here in Tucson.
Moses enjoys spending time in the outdoors and dabbling in woodworking.
