Heather is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of industry and public accounting experience. Heather’s experience provides her with a strong financial, operational, and organization point of view for developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities.  She leverages her Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership with strategic insight to optimize the tools, information technology, and analytics to strengthen decision-making processes, ensuring goals are achieved in terms of working capital solutions, cashflow/debt management, and operational integrity.

Heather began her career in the corporate accounting department at Walbro Corporation in Auburn Hills, MI. Transferring to Walbro’s Caro production facility, Heather enhanced her operational accounting skills in the automotive industry while earning her MBA in Production Operations.

Heather then transitioned to public accounting at Follmer, Rudzewicz & Co., PC in Southfield, MI, where she conducted industry and governmental audits and provided corporate tax services. Returning to Walbro, she led the corporate accounting department, coordinating the consolidation of worldwide financial reporting for a tier-one automotive supplier and playing a key role in the development of robust business planning strategies.

Her career continued in California at Remedy Corporation in the software industry, where she developed financial policies, restructured the revenue accounting department, and contributed to a new ERP implementation. Returning once again to Walbro, Heather became the plant controller for their Nogales, Sonora, Mexico maquiladora. In this role, she resolved a multi-million-dollar inventory shrinkage issue, managed the consolidation of U.S. and Mexican financial information, and oversaw cost accounting, annual budgeting, and forecasting for the facility—transforming the financial department into a proactive strategic partner.

Most recently, at Farmers Investment Co. in Sahuarita, AZ, one of the world’s largest pecan growers and processors, Heather oversaw all financial activities, led multiple ERP implementations, navigated increasing cybersecurity challenges, and developed strategic business plans while ensuring governmental reporting compliance for a regulated utility.

Heather looks forward to leveraging her extensive expertise to meet the needs of KLA’s clients, delivering innovative solutions and strategic insights that drive success.
